Einrichtung der Wohnung ist geschmackvoll. Stecker für USB etc. vorhanden. Sehr sauberer Supermarkt und Imbiss Stände auf der Anlage. Die Terrasse befindet sich überwiegend tagsüber im Schatten.

Hinweis auf Stromversorgung der Wasserpumpe über das Verlängerungskabel in der Küche wäre hilfreich gewesen. Das Kabel war nicht so vertrauenswürdig- siehe Foto Küchenschränke abgängig. Rudimentäre Küchenausstatung. Leider kommt die Ferienwohnunganlage einer Gesamtbausstelle gleich. Schön, dass saniert wird. Aber es macht nicht viel Spaß, da draußen zu sitzen.

Good location with access to a supermarket and places to eat. Sit and take in the view from the balcony. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any issues/questions.

The Sunshine Village itself could do with some cosmetic updates.

Situation géographique et proximité de tous les services

L'extérieur de l'établissement. Beaucoup de travaux dans le complexe et nous n'avions pas été avisés.

The location is very convenient. Everything is a stone's throw away from the complex, downtown, Norman Manley Blvd, 7 mile beach as a canoe beach, if you preffer to be chill and on your own. You can pick a route taxi up and have a pleasant lunch or dinner in some of the restaurant located on the cliff around the west end, as Xtabi on the cliffs, where you can jump from height to the sea and be chill and fresh on the caves, or visit the famous Rick's cafe. In the night you can enjoy the night life around 7 mile beach and Norman Manley blvd. I swear you will not miss anything in the appartment, so you will find it comfortable as a home. The viewings are pretty nice, as you can see whole 7 mile beach with a cup of coffe in the morning.

I really enjoy the place, if I have to say something is just that the place still on construction so on saturday morning I got a bit disturb by work's noises, but is something you can handle and they will finish soon.
