A konyha jól felszerelt, nem csak zuhanyzó, hanem kád is volt a fürdőszobában. A környék csendes, a közelben van buszmegálló. A lakás elég tágas.

Némelyik serpenyő karcos volt, és a függönyök sem voltak túl tiszták. A paplanhuzatért külön fizetni kell.

The location and size of the apartment are good. The owner was helpful and responsive. Good parking. Once we had received the instructions, access was easy.

The bathroom needs some sprucing up as do some of the basic kitchen facilities ( newer cutlery and crockery would make a difference). The sitting room furniture is not comfortable at all.

Cleanliness of the place and ease to collect the keys

The chair in the living room (so called sofa bed) was too hard. I slept on it and woke up with serious body pains. Sad . Then again I was shocked to get charged so much for damage for very minor things like bed sheet stains that could easily be washed by a washing machine , I was charged 40 pounds for it , very annoying , small stains on one bedsheet for 40 pounds , ridiculous . yet when I asked for the sheets since he said he replaced them , he made it so difficult to get telling me I should pay 55 pounds for call out . I imagine the sheets were just washed yet I was charged 40 pounds for it . Also be aware of the check out time of 10am. I just assumed since most places check out is 11am, I left about past 11am yet he said I delayed 2 hours and charged me 40 pounds as well , and then lastly my boy had some tangerine stains on the rug which I don’t think should be a big deal to clean , he also charged me 40 pounds for that . A whole 120 pounds for very weak and frivolous reasons . I think it was too harsh just to get money off my deposit . I will NEVER book the place again. Beware of these things when you book the place. I also think it’s quite expensive for a 1 bedroom apartment . At least for the price , a good sofa bed in living room shouldn’t be too much to ask . It’s not even a sofa bed cos it doesn’t stretch out much and to make it worse it’s just damn too hard. Then charging me those extras in my view were extreme , the concerns were mild , didn’t deserve such harsh deposit collection . I will never ever book the place again.
