Great location for access to Polanco, very clean

Very clean and comfortable. Very fast Wi-Fi. The space is well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated. Great location in Polanco, walkable to nearby shopping centres, the Soumaya museum, Costco, and a variety of excellent restaurants and cafes. Host is very friendly and polite. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Polanco.

No option for self-check-in. Condo security desk has limited English proficiency.

Not worth the price!!

Good value of price for one night.

The pics posted on booking.com look NOTHING like what it’s person. I didn’t know until I arrived that I would be sharing a bathroom with other guests. When the attendant brought us to our apartment, it literally looked like we were renting a room and it was very outdated. It’s very deceiving how they post pics online and when you get there, it looks nothing like you expected it. I want my money back!!! I’ve stayed at numerous hotels and this is my very first one that I would NOT recommend to anyone Please don’t stay here!!! Do your homework before booking your hotel stay.

I did not liked a thing. As soon as we arrived we leaved.

Well i figured for the price it was an hotel but it was renting a small room in a department with sharing restroom and baths. They canceled my reservation various times and had to do it various times too

Great! Would do it again!

Right in the heart of Polanco, in between the museums, awesome shopping, and any type of food you want, this a great affordable option in a very safe location. Our hosts were gracious, accommodating, and willing to help with whatever we needed. It was great to have access to a full kitchen and groceries stores within walking distance. If you like it cool at night, or an awesome view, request a room with a window. Happy we stayed there!

I absolutely loved staying here. I will be back!

I was staying at this property while having a medical procedure. The owner and his staff went out of their way to get my pain medication brought up to me. They have a wonderful terrace and the location couldn’t be better! I highly recommend this accommodation if you plan on visiting this area!

oddly there was no running water in the middle of the night so when we wanted to shower at 5am before getting a flight we weren’t able to. also no drinking water and no water for the toilets.

Location, Location, location, it was a 4 minute walk to INM offices the flat was lovely and the staff Incredible. A special shot out to Blanca the house keeper. She waited late for us and was super helpful and kind.

this property is a condo chopped into rectangular boxes with room numbers on the doors of the boxes with a small shared bathroom for the eight boxes. the former living room, kitchen of the condo is shared space. this is NOT a hotel by any wild stretch of anyone’s wild imagination. only two of the boxes have windows to the outside. I like creativity but to expect a hotel and get cabanas greeted by a woman in a t shirt at the elevator borders on plain weird and I rarely if ever use that word. buyer beware. couldn’t get outta there fast enough and I purchased a private bath and when I asked for an adjustment the answer was no.
