Un confortevole e moderno chalet a pochi metri dal centro con parcheggio privato e molti comfort. Ideale per famiglie.

Parto dalla posizione: eccezionale per vivere Bormio a piedi. Praticamente in continuità col ponte nuovo che unisce le due sponde del fiume. A pochi metri si trova il forno di Matteo (eccezionale) che regala profumi unici alla giornata. Sempre a pochi metri un bar caratteristico (apparentemente rustico ma addobbato con fiori freschi di campo) dove poter far colazione. Due diversi parchi giochi di due diverse stagioni della città per liberare i bimbi e farli sfogare sono a pochi metri. Ottimo parcheggio riservato locale. L’appartamento è davvero funzionale, pulitissimo e dotato di ottime finiture, per lo più in un bellissimo legno di larice. Il giardino è ottimamente curato con alcuni alberi stupendi e fiori bellissimi. Locale sotterraneo per lavanderia e deposito ski/bike eccellente. Gli appartamenti del piano terra godono anche di prato, sdraio e tavolini per pranzi/colazione;

Assolutamente nulla da segnalare di negativo ma più un consiglio per chi viene, se volete vivere l’appartamento appieno con le sue ottime funzionalità portate da casa una minima quantità di olio, aceto, sale e anche un po’ di sapone per piatti e per le mani, o rischiate di dover comprare tutto sul posto;
