Grand et quartier calme
Un peu loin de Lisbonne (30 minutes)mais près de l’autoroute pour s’y rende.

La localisation et la propreté
Appartement vieillissant, nombreuses fissures un peu partout, électroménager et vaisselle datés, les salles de bain sont vraiment très peu qualitatives.. Il n'y a pas 100m2 disponibles à la location, une piece est fermée. La terrasse est mal éclairée il est difficile d'y voir le soir pour manger. Nombreux chiens autour qui font beaucoup de bruit la nuit.

Ruhige Lage, 5 Minuten zum Strand. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus immer vorhanden. 2 Balkone, integrierter Grill, ruhige Aussicht auf den Golfplatz. Direkter Zugang von der Küche auf den Balkon. 2 leistungsstarke und funktionierende Klimaanlagen im unteren Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequeme Betten!!! Handtücher mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.
Für uns uninteressant, für Familien aber wichtig: Das obere Schlafzimmer ist im Sommer nur für Tropenromantiker nutzbar, da dort keine Klimaanlage eingebaut ist. Nur eine Einfahrt, um auf das Gelände zu kommen (warum eigentlich?). Das bedeutet 2,5 km durch die Anlage zu fahren. Aber das wussten wir ja vorher...

Apparemment très usagés et ancien. Rideau avec de la rouille et télé miniature. Pour le prix je m’attendais à mieux.
