Great lake view and very comfortable house. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied, the living areas are also very comfortable. TV's in all the rooms, Climate control is spot on with ceiling fans central air and a split system in the master bedroom. Very conveniently located. There is traffic on the road in front of the house but the house is very well insulated. The owners heard it was our anniversary and supplied a couple bottles of wine, a very nice touch. Keyless system makes checkin seamless. Very good communication.
The two windows on the west side of the house (the 2nd bathroom and the front bedroom) can get warm in the evening. So if you know this, running the fans will eliminate this.

Beautiful old style Florida home, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch facing Lake Ariana in the morning. It was very peaceful. My 89 yr old momma was with us and is in a wheelchair. The home was perfect for her and her special needs.
We enjoyed it all. The backyard could use some tidying up as far as plant debris on the deck but it wasn’t an big deal to us.
