The reception and operations team are cooperative.
The mattresses were uncomfortable, and room cleanliness was mediocre (I found a used towel in the bathroom). The safe was broken, and the coffee maker was missing the part that holds the filter.

The indoor pool was the best part of this vacation.The location was amazing the view perfect and the water so nice.
I got charged for things that I didn’t even know about.
