Lokalizacja pozwala na dojazd do ciekawych miejsc we Wrocławiu. Tramwaj i autobus naprzeciw. Apartament czyściutki. Nowy blok. Winda. Garaż dostępny. Pełne wyposażenie. Polecam

Super lokalizacja, przy samej ul. Grabiszyńskiej a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie bo apartament jest z tyłu bloku. Na dole Żabka, obok przystanek tramwajowy i autobusowy. Taras na 5 piętrze. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym w cenie pobytu. Bardzo dobry i miły kontakt telefoniczny z właścicielem. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie na kod.
Bardzo stromy wjazd na parking podziemny, trochę strach aby nie urwać zderzaka. W łazience śmierdzi z kanalizacji (przez cały pobyt, nie pomaga zalanie wodą wszystkich syfonów więc jakiś inny tam jest problem). Z drobiazgów, to przydałyby się ręczniki papierowe w kuchni.

Skvelý apartmán v centre Vroclavu! 🏙️🚗 Pobyt bol výborný — apartmán bol čistý, dobre vybavený a vkusne zariadený. Veľkým plusom bola podzemná garáž, ktorá poskytla pohodlné a bezpečné parkovanie. Lokalita je ideálna — blízko centra, obchodov a reštaurácií. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola rýchla a veľmi príjemná. Určite odporúčam a rád sa vrátim! 😊
