Modern Hotel-Style Studio - Timber Creek Lodge #210 Hotel Room

Staff was nice! Shower is nice. Good location but….

1) Noisy surroundings lead to bad sleep. Upstairs neighbors woke me at about 6:30 today. I could hear their footsteps clearly and loudly. Walls/doors don’t seem to block enough noise. 2) a bit warm at night so one night I opened the patio door but had to close it because it sounds like there was some sort of loading and unloading taking place outside nearby even at night. 3) fridge froze my almond milk and cold brew coffee. 4) some of the power outlets are wonky.

The location was great and the studio was well appointed and comfortable.

A staff member named Alex was extremely rude and condescending. It was an extremely unpleasant welcome. Better instructions could be given about where to park and how to enter the building.

Having elevator in the was nice. Though apartment is tiny it's freshly renovated; fireplace was a good thing to have.

Check-in instructions were incorrect – door pin code didn’t work, so I had to spend some time on the phone with the management. Actually, the phone number was inaccurate as well, I was bounced around couple of times till I got to the right person. The check-in process itself is cumbersome and archaic – I had to drive a mile somewhere just to pick a printed piece of paper (“parking pass”). This is not a pleasant thing to do during bad weather and after a long trip. This place is listed as one-bedroom apartment, while it's not - it is a studio and the bed is right in the hallway :( The place is not friendly for keeping skiing equipment. Owners didn’t provide ski-locker and management company couldn’t get in touch with the owner to get better recommendations how to manage ski gear. Additionally, dishwasher machine got broken at the end of our stay. I’ve sent notification to the management but haven’t received any response yet… a swifter communication would be much appreciated. Given how tiny the apartment is it’d be great to have better organized furniture, e.g. underbed storage for ski-bags and suitcases. Moneywise, definitely not a good deal.

location couldn't have been better, literally right in front of tc’s and copper lane so food/water is right outside. bsg is right outside as well. amenities were great(glassware, cookware, microwave, dish soap, Bluetooth speaker, screen mirroring Samsung tv, foam mattress, fridge, dimming lights etc.)everything was super clean, and the shower/bathroom was spotless. Parking was very convenient, the unit faces the parking lot so I could keep an eye on the car.

I could definitely hear people upstairs walking around in ski boots at 7am, that was kind of expected though. Other than that it was perfect
