Große, helle, saubere und geräumige Wohnung. Wohnzimmer nett und gemütlich. Schlafzimmer auch gemütlich, einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bad ist gut ausgestattet.
Die Küche war teilweise etwas verschlissen. Wenig Platz zum zubereiten der Speisen. Am Backofen sind die Temperaturskalen unleserlich und teilweise weggewischt und ein einstellen der richtigen Temperatur ist Glückssache. Ausstattung des Geschirrs teilweise unzureichend. Ehebett knarrt und knarzt bei jeder Bewegung. Der Hausherr wollte aber Abhilfe schaffen.
