Good location a short walk from the water, spacious free parking, super market and restaurants close by, wifi.
Some details seem unfinished, but nothing major that affects your stay.

The staff is good. Room is clean
Weird chemical smell in the room. My clothes got that smell after one short night. The bed is way too small for the person 190cm+. Even when laying diagonally I couldn't fit there. Lining is very hard, so sleeping there is disturbing and uncomfortable even if you are really tired
