This is a good option for Valverde. Very clean and has everything one needs.
If you are arriving at night, it is very hard to find. Communication with the owner extremelly limited. I was just given the adress without any further instructions about the check in.

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Сама хозяйка Хуана-огонь! Помогла нам добраться из порта), квартира ухоженная, чистая, оснащена всем необходимым! Расположение идеальное! Близко от автовокзала, магазина. Прекрасная веранда, где можно вечером посидеть и насладиться видами, удобная кровать, много одеял и подушек на любой вкус. Рекомендую для длительного проживания 100%! Сам остров очень понравился! Приедем снова и остановимся именно здесь! Спасибо, Хуана за всё!

Me gustó la hospitalidad de Juana, ya que se preocupa y deja comida en la nevera, y eso es un detallazo.
VALVERDE logísticamente hablando puede que sea un buen sitio donde alojarse pero hay mucho viento y además también hay mucha humedad y temperaturas bajas en comparación con otros puntos de la isla. En la casa había humedad, y claro, como es de esperar pues olía a humedad, las toallas también estaban húmedas, y luego en si la casa no es acogedora desde mi punto de vista.JUANA es estupenda pero no sería realista decir que la casa es maravillosa. No volvería a alojarme ahí.
