Lokalizacja mieszkania bardzo dogodna. Wszędzie blisko, odległość spaceru. Mieszkanie doskonale wyposażone. Czysto, ciepło i przytulnie.

Dostęp do sauny. Ogrzewanie podłogowe - podłoga i buty szybko wysychały.
Na wszystkich lokalach powinien być numer lokalu. Oznaczenie obrazkami i nazwami może być, ale jest mało czytelne i nie wystarczające. Ciepła woda z podgrzewacza przepływowego - w czasie prysznica skoki temperatury od bardzo zimnej do bardzo gorącej. Na szczęście drugi prysznic przy saunie działał bardzo dobrze.
