Tolle Lage, fussläufig zur Innenstadt; gute Parkmöglichkeiten; schöner Garten; freundliche Kommunikation, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe; schönes, altes Gebäude. Das Notwendigste ist in Küchenzeile da.
