Modern 1 bedroom guest house

AS INDICATED, THE UNIT WAS VERY CLEAN, PLENTY OF SPACE FOR ME, I ESPECIALLY LIKED THAT IT WAS A QUITE AND PEACEFUL PLACE, NO DRAMA, MOST IMPORTANT AFTER A BUSY WORK DAY, I LIKED THE SEPARATE BEDROOM FROM THE LOUNGE, I DID NOT NEED ANY MEALS AS THE COMPANY PROVIDED ALL MY MEALS AT OUR CONFERENCE LOCATION. THE HOST LEFT ME TO DO MY OWN THING, WHICH I APPRECIATED AS I HAVE HIGH CONTACT IN MY PROFESSION, SO I LIKE TO COME HOME TO PEACE AND TRANQUILITY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE WHO APPRECIATES ALL OF THE ABOVE.

THERE WAS NOTHING I DIDN'T LIKE, THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS WELL WORTH THE EFFORT, IT'S GREAT TO COME INTO A UNIT THAT EXCEEDS YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND THE BEST PART, THE PRICE WAS BETTER THAN ALL THE OTHER OPTIONS IN THE AREA, I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

We had a very comfortable stay in a well-appointed apartment. The bed was great, the heating was ample, and the thick windows made the room incredibly quiet and warm despite the proximity to the train station. We also enjoyed the great shower pressure and the convenience of the kitchenette. Overall great stay, and the hosts are nice and respond quickly.

Our experience was dampened by the presence of a medium-sized cockroach each night (there was an odourless insect spray available though). While the amenities are excellent, the place definitely needs better sealing to address this pest issue.

Great location for me with my son staying at NZCIS. The place was exceptionally clean and had everything I needed. Comfy bed, great hosts.
