Agent was charming and very helpful. Villa was comfortable and generally well equipped. Lovely location with very nice swimming pool and views.
More, comfortable outdoor seating required. Some loungers were broken by previous guests and had not been repaired. Although we had paid for the whole villa, we were only a party of 3 so agent locked 2 out of the 4 bedrooms without asking how many bedrooms we required. No pool towels were provided despite us paying for towels. In a villa of this standard pool towels are expected. The oven didn't work, but the agent responded promptly when informed of this.
