Parfaitement bien placé pour découvrir à pieds Limassol. Belle vue sur les arbres du parc zoo et vue latérale mer.

Les travaux de rénovation de l’immeuble n’étaient pas finis dans les locaux communs et panne ascenseur durant 3 jours.

We were met at the property for keys handover. Communication with the owner was great throughout. It was a little tricky to find this place at first (even with the little video we were sent ahead of our arrival) but this was down to the fact that there was an ongoing work on the building and some signage were removed. The apartment (2 double rooms + sofa bed, 2 toilets, 1 shower, little balcony, kitchenette) was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It was 6 of us and we were all comfortable there. During our stay the lift was not working (they were still installing it) but for us this was not a problem. The building itself was relatively new. The apartment was 10 mins walk to the sea.

Prostorný a čistý apartmán kousek od centra města, pár set metrů od pláže a promenády. Pozdní check-in nebyl díky klíčům ve lockboxu problém. Veškerá komunikace byla rychlá a jasná.

Ačkoli jsme byli předem upozorněni, že výtah pravděpodobně nebude funkční během našeho pobytu, tak jsme si nedokázali představit, jak náročné bude tahat všechny věci po schodech do 4. patra. Také parkovací místo bylo tak úzké, že zdárně zaparkovat vyžadovalo notnou dávku řidičského umění.

The place is nice, spacious and clean. The staff is very informative and ready to help. The best yet is the location - you can enjoy the blue sea from balcony, listen to the practice of the orchestra in the evening and morning calls of the peacock from the zoo. No traffic noise. If you travel with kids the park nearby is perfect since it has a cool playground with a lot of different slides. Neighbors are very quiet. The grossery shop is just 5 min away. The only downside was the started renovation of the facades and inability to use lifts to get to the 4th floor. But we decided it's our additional sport challenge))) Overall feels almost like home.
