Sam provided PHENOMENAL customer service!!!!! Housekeeping and the food service also did an EXCELLENT job!!! I will definitely stay in this hotel again every time I visit Mississippi.

The mattress wasn't comfortable AT ALL!!! I could feel EVERY single spring. Also, there is another gentleman who works behind the counter who isn't personable at all. I hate to make comparisons, but my family members kept asking when Sam would return because Sam was just that good. Either get the other gentleman up to speed with learning how to greet customers, or let him move on to another profession or area in the hotel that doesn't involve much interaction with people. He SHOULD NOT work at the front desk.

I liked the location. It was close to the event that we were in town to attend.

This was my second stay at this hotel. My experience was not so great this time. First of all, I requested an early check-in with my reservation and never received a response back. Secondly, when I was on the road traveling (30 minutes away from the hotel) I called to see if I could check in early. The receptionist, Hannah stated that she had rooms available for early check-in. However, when I arrived she said she only had accessible rooms available. When I told her that she did not tell me that when I called. She stated, "You didn't ask." I got upset and started speaking louder hitting my hand twice on the counter. In which, I did apologize to her later. I got upset because of what she said. I had no reason to ask for an accessible room when I booked a standard studio. She became agitated and proceeded to get her manager. The manager was very helpful. She found us a room. Although it was for the hearing impaired, it was fine. Finally, we were able to change clothes and get to our event on time.

The pool party below our room didn’t quiet down until nearly 11:00 pm. Was disappointed quiet hours were not enforced.
