Die Wohnung war mit allen grundlegenden Ge- und Verbrauchsgegenständen ausgestattet, die man so im Alltag braucht. Vom Schreibtisch über Backpapier bis zur Kaffeemaschine, es war alles da. Man findet eigentlich immer direkt vor der Haustür einen Parkplatz. Alles wichtige wie Supermarkt, Post, Apotheke und Apotheke ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso ein großer Teil der Sehenswürdigkeiten in Clausthal-Zellerfeld.

Die ruhige Lage und kurze Entfernung zum Einkauf, da wir Selbstveresorger waren. Der Vermieter ist Klasse, ich habe vergessen ein Schränkchen auszuräumen. Auf Bitte hat der Vermieter Alles per Postpaket mir zugeschickt. Ein großes Dankeschön!

Wir haben die Wohnung für den Aufenthalt unseres Sohnes für ein zweiwöchiges Praktikum gebucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist komplett und nett eingerichtet. Sogar eine möblierte Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Sehr gutes W-Lan. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig , aber doch zentral. Bäcker, Schlachter, Restaurants, Supermärkte und ÖPNV-Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
