Ammos by Experience Jervis Bay

Great little unit, absolutely amazing amount of snacks and drinks left for us. Really saved have having to go straight to the shops on Friday night when we arrived.

Only fault to find is no washing machine and no sensor light going down through the gate and around the back to get in and out. Also found a bit of over kill with the amount of texts and emails.

Location was great not far to walk to dog beach.

Fish and chip shop shut earlier than they told us

The location was great and very central to the town and beaches. The accomodation was reasonable and easily accessible without any hassle. There were waters, snack and breakfast sachets with milk and coffee pods. Location is close to some beautiful beaches, only a short walk away.

We booked through booking.com and then had to utilise the accomodation website to get info regarding the rules of the property, set up, access info etc. This made things complex when a simple email would have done the trick with regards to these details. There was a lot to read and different tabs. Not a big deal but felt like a bit of work. The unit is below a double story house and this was not clear in the booking, you don't actually get the property to yourself. The yard was secure for our Groodle - however no doggy door and you can't leave the property unlocked due to security reasons. They advise not to leave your dog alone whilst you stay which makes you somewhat housebound. The positive was there was a dog bed and bowls available if you do require them so very thoughtful. There was a YouTube looping video which was constant coming from the garage area which was not ideal however I understand that it may be for security purposes, at first it was pretty creepy but after some time you get over it, it seemed to turn off when we turned the lights off in the unit so not sure if it's linked or we were being monitored. Access is through the back yard so you have to carry all your luggage through the grass and some muddy patches then lug it up the verandah. All minor issues which did not spoil out stay. We were able to easily make contact with the property manager and they were efficient and prompt.
