Location was Magical, the views where fantastic, Not good for fishing as to shallow on the sandbank, it really was not wheelchair friendly the back yard wasn't either as no pavement area or even access down to the water for a wheelchair.
The Cleanliness wasn't that great. First thing the downstairs Bathroom had a putrid smell of sewage, which my husband fixed, Then Saying the home was fine for wheelchair access and it was with a little effort but then the Bed in the downstairs bedroom was extra high so not being able to get into the bed was a hassle so they slept on the couch. A piece of meat left in the upstairs bar fridge which was OFF.. was off putting. Which we cleaned out as the office was closed for the weekend.
