The location was convenient and the property had a good layout. The check-in process was simple.
On the day of arrival, I reported that the bathroom light was not working, so I had to use the upstairs bathroom during my entire stay. The TV in the bedroom was not receiving any channels, and the bedroom air conditioning only worked in cooling mode and did not provide heating. Despite reporting these issues on the first day, I did not receive any response or assistance.

The location was excellent and it was great having two bathrooms. The rooms were bright and it was nice having windows looking out over the square.
No where to hang up coats or clothes in the area of the sofa bed. Sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable. Bed linen was clean but worn and needs replacing. We requested a second key well in advance and again when we arrived, person who let us in said he would come back but never did. No sockets near the kitchen area, a socket extension would have been useful.
