perfectly relaxing on top of the hill

- remarkably relaxing and quiet place on top of the hill - really wonderful host, so helpful, even though we needed Google translate to communicate - in <5min you can get to many nice restaurants, the Marina is about 25min walking down/up the hill, very doable

- nothing, good to keep in mind this isn't some luxury accommodation but a really nice and well managed personal property

Best place in Tivat with exceptional hospitality!

The host, Svetlana, was an absolute gem! 💗 Her warmth and support made me feel like I was staying at my own mother's house. By the end of my stay, I couldn't help but affectionately call her "Mama." ☺️ She was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. On a rainy day, I reached out to her through the messenger and without hesitation, she arrived at my door with an umbrella. It was such a thoughtful gesture. To top it off, Svetlana graciously upgraded me to a breathtaking rooftop room, offering me a stunning view and more space. It was a delightful surprise! Due to a sudden change in my flight schedule, I had to check out earlier than planned. However, Svetlana went above and beyond by arranging a taxi from the house to the airport. Her kindness truly touched my heart. I am beyond grateful for Svetlana's exceptional hospitality and genuine care. Her motherly nature and attentiveness made my stay unforgettable. I would wholeheartedly recommend her place to anyone seeking a warm and welcoming home away from home. Thank you, Mama Svetlana, for creating such a memorable experience! 💕

Great apartment with everything you need

Modern apartment, close to beach, clean, has washing machine, big space, great view. Hospitality of hosts was great pleasure, parking is big, close to apartment and always there was free space for car. Everything is new, wifi is fast, , apartmant is close to shop and great restaurant. Wather is great quality for drinking, and there is always hot wather available. Many thanks to Ceca and her husband. We will come back again for sure

Heerlijk verblijf op een prima locatie.

Rustig dorpje op een top locatie tussen stranden aan de Adriatische zee en de baai van Kotor. Beide op ongeveer 25 minuten lopen. Kotor kun je in 20 minuten bereiken. Vlakbij het huis zit een prima, gezellig en betaalbaar restaurant.

Ne znam otkud ovakve ocene ovom smeštaju, nemam ništa pozitivno da kažem.

1. Gazdarica nekulturna, neljubazna, goste dovikuje sa “Alo”. Htela je da naplati boravišnu taksu a nije nas ni prijavila, niti je pitala za dokumente. Kada smo rekli da nas nije prijavila, iznenađeno je rekla da je to naša dužnost, ne znam samo zašto tačno. Vi možete da dobijete ozbiljnu kaznu za neprijavljivanje gostiju. 2. Kuhinja verovatno nikada nije obrisana. Katastrofa je blaga reč, možete videti slike u prilogu. Mikrotalasna je buđava, ringle nikad oribane, pribor, tanjiri i šolje su iz Titovog doba, kao i sama kuhinja. 3. Posteljina je “ućebana”, i pitanje kada oprana. Slike takođe u prilogu. 4. Soba nema nijedan prozor, ulazi se kroz neku kombinaciju balkonskih i ulaznih vrata, sa terase koju deli više soba. Preko noći ne postoji način da se spava normalno od vrućine. Postoji jedan ventilacioni otvor, mali i dekorativan. Klima direktno duva na krevet, a ulazna/balkonska vrata ne možete da ostavite otvorena, jer pored njega prolaze i drugi gosti i mogu ući životinje. 5. Televizor neispravan. Pitali smo vlasnicu da li može nešto da se uradi po tom pitanju, rekla je kako su i prethodni gosti prijavljivali to isto, da zna, ali da ne može. Pri polasku smo dobili neko improvizovano objasnjenje uz rečenicu “Niste dosli da gledate televizor”. 6. Pola stvari navedenih na Booking-u ne postoje, uključujući “city view” jer smeštaj niti je na moru niti u gradu. U ovom mestu sigurno imate i lepših i jeftinijih smeštaja, a svakako ne vidim razlog zašto bi letovao neko u ovom mestu, a posebno kod ove gospođe.
