Amazing location and balcony view, cleanliness could be better

Amazing location! Right in front of the beach and next to the shopping street. Very convenient and still calm and quiet in the evening. The balcony was a great addition to the apartment with a beautiful view. Very nice and responsive host, very accommodating and helpful until the last day.

Cleanliness was lacking - especially on the bed and in the kitchen. We cleaned what we needed ourselves before using. To note: it is already in the listing, I had not noticed: there is no wifi nor bed sheets (they come at extra cost). It was not a big issue for us but worth noting.

L appartement pas entretenu, tapis sale, ampoules de la cuisine grillées, toile d araignee au plafond, taches sur le canapé et les chaises, et le dernier jour, le volet roulant ne remonte plus 😩😩😩

Super emplacement

Vue sur l'océan et très proche de la principale rue commerçante et restaurants, très pratique logistiquement 20mn à pieds de la gare et des correspondances en bus pour Guerande, Pornichet etc... Le logement est confortable, il manque rien...

Agréable appartement, avec un beau balcon. le référent est vraiment très gentil.

Le ménage est mal fait ! beaucoup de grosses poussières sur les plinthes , le passage de la baie vitrée, etc... Manque un peu de vaisselle, (couverts, etc...). Ma voiture a été rayée profondément sur le parking de l'immeuble (portière chauffeur), de façon intentionnelle. Pourquoi ???

Difficultés de chauffage, (radiateurs un peu justes dont 1 en panne) L'alese est cuite, faudrait la changer Une petite rénovation ne ferait pas de mal. La nespresso pour le petit dejeuner

Très bien situé à la baule, très belle vue

10 photos sur 11 sur le site booking ne correspondent pas au logement; photo d'une chambre inexistante, salle d'eau différente et vétuste par rapport à la photo ; la cuisine n'est pas celle du site (plus petite pas de fenêtre ) !!!la pièce principale ne correspond pas aux photos Une honte , inadmissible !!!!

Агентство что управляет объектом.👎 Залог deposit 250euro который вернули позднее чем через 14 дней. Я писала и напоминала про залог . Пока я не обратилась в службу поддержки сайта, служба поддержки связалась с объектом размещения и только тогда они вернули деньги. Без напоминания может бы и не вернули. Bed linen 42 евро 👎дополнительно нужно оплачивать. К тому же при заезде белье и полотенца были сырые , спать было не приятно на влажном .

un bon moment de détente avec petit déjeuner face à la mer !

Emplacement top avec vue mer, et parking privé (nous avons eu de la chance car il y a toujours eu de la place :))

Etonnant de proposer une location avec les draps et serviettes non compris. Ce n'était pas dérangeant pour nous car nous avons de la famille sur place qui a tout le nécessaire, mais pour un couple qui vient pour un court séjour, amener ses draps n'est pas idéal. Ca pourrait rebuter alors qu'il suffirait de le mettre dans le package global (surtout que le prix est très raisonnable pour l'emplacement).

SYtheme de reservation et conciergerie a changer d'urgence

Emplacement parfait face a la mer, appartement très bien equipé et très confortable.

Systheme de reservation infernale. Explications mi anglais, mi francais, plateforme telephonique avec des anglais qui parlent en francais.... Il faut se connecter sur differents sites pour deposer une piece d'identité, puis une caution...et les liens ne fonctionnent pas....c'est la premiere fois que je voit un systheme comme ca, alors que je suis plus de 50 journée par ans dans des logement ....Seul le prestataire local ( Pierre) est tres sympat et assaie d'arranger tout cela. Bref, si vous n'avez pas 4 h a consacrer à votre reservation, a fuir !

La situation, la vue

Propreté limite, douche, couette tachée, une ampoule du lustre grillée, la porte fenêtre ne fermait pas il fallait dès qu’on quittait l’appartement baisser le volet, le verrou de la porte d’entrée était cassé. Un tapis de bain plus grand serait appréciable et davantage de capsules expressives (4 pour 3 nuits).
