La posizione e la pulizia.

Il riscaldamento non funzionava benissimo e la casa era fredda.

Posizione strategica vicino al centro però lo scarico del bagno non funzionava bene, solo 2 campioncini di bagnoschiuma disponibili per 3 persone e per 2 giorni, ad un certo punto è andata via la corrente.
