Harmony Villa Milos

Location is perfect- close to the beach and restaurants.

Employees are not nice, actually John was very rude on the messages. There was one day that we had no water at all and another that there was a big party in the beach and we could not sleep until 3am

The location of the villa in Pollania was convenient to bay, shops and restaurants. Provided all facilities in villa.

Second shower was handheld, a bit tricky to wash and hold shower head together. Bed mattresses were hard.

I hate to leave a negitive review but feel like it’s important to be transparent and want to be fair. The apt is very spacious, perfectly clean, with an easy walk to pollonia, and great access to swimming coves.

The water issues are real. When we arrived on the island the electricity was out island wide. We were told this was the 7th time it happened that summer so infrastructure issues are real. When we woke up our first morning there was no water. Our neighbors said they had issues when they first woke up but it came back on. Ours did not. By the next morning we had no water at all, the team at Milos Hospitality were responsive and sent a plumber and there was an issue they fixed right away. However on the third morning the water was out again. They claimed the plumber didn’t find anything after we left but we couldn’t take showers before our departure and our neighbors didn’t have any issues. The team was very reaponsive, the property is a good value but the water issues were the low of our entire trip.
