It's just basic don't expect too much however owner is very welcoming and helpful and since a small breakfast is also included you get it for a good price. I stayed two nights there the owner also managed to get some of my clothes washed for free.
If you book the small single room with shared bathroom you will use a bathroom where the shower is not separated from the toilet. So after shower everything is wet which is the only really downside.
