Living area and bedrooms ok
Mould around bath

Bedrooms clean
Mattresses thin and uncomfortable, bathroom was dirty when we arrived, sides of toilet and behind toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly, kitchen smelt greasy, food under sofa, whole of downstairs needed a scrub /deep clean. Not happy with this when being charged nearly £200 a night.
Also the description of a cottage is misleading, it’s an ex council house , can’t be described as a holiday home.

Location
This stay was completely disappointing. Pictures are not a true reflection of the property.
Cleanliness and smell in the property was awful. Surfaces and floors were dirty. Bathroom full of mould and hair in bath and on bathmat. Dead flies bugs on floors. Cushions were dirty with cigarette burn holes. Rubbish wrapper in lounge still.
Carpets have stains on them and walls. Garden was dangerous for children steep concrete steps.
Also a acess to property is steps front and back no good for my disabled daughter.
Windows garden and bbq were filthy.
I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property. Rip off truly upset and disappointed with this stay.

Location was perfect & it was modern
Steep stairs & bathroom downstairs, wasn’t thouroughly cleaned cobwebs everywhere & no running water, was told we couldn’t check in early but wash water had been and left a note about water so ended up having to be moved

Clean and comfortable. Good information booklet
No upstairs toilet

Nice clean not too far from town
No toilet upstairs, stairs very steep not suitable for small children. The garden is very scary the steps are very high and as the only way in and out of the property was bit of a challenge with bags wouldn’t advise old or very young could fall quite easily

The cottage was excellent everything we needed for our weekend away the house was in a great location and spotless clean very modern with a lovely outside seating area would definitely stay again and recommend *****
It wasn't we didn't like it but the 3rd twin bedroom was quite small not really a complaint though great for a small family little bit of a squeeze 6 adults

The location of this property is fantastic for people who want a short 15 minute walk into the heart of Tenby. Plenty of space to park the car also. The size of the main bedroom is great - fitted a cot in the room with ease.
There are some things that could be improved within the house, quite quickly and cheaply at that, but that would significantly improve the experience staying here ie we couldn’t use the washing machine as the drawer was full of mould, the shower head holder was broken meaning we had to duck to wash our hair and be careful of the standing lamp in the living room as it falls over easily… not great for a crawling baby! There is a build up of mould in the main bedroom window. Oh and the bathroom bin pedal is also broken - minor but easily rectified! Overall this place needs a little TLC and it would make for a great stay.

The location was great 👍
Misleading to call the house a cottage. Sofas and bed were very uncomfortable making it difficult to relax. Parking was difficultly with a large car. My 4 year son fell over the broken wall to the rear. House could do with some tlc especially to the guest back bedroom.

Clean property and dedicated parking space
No hot water, constantly dripping tap in bathroom. Sofas thin and uncomfortable.

Easy walking distance to centre of town.
Conveniently not showing the front of house in the pictures. Also house I'd presume is ex council, which is why they don't show the pics. Parking is limited for one car let alone if you take a second, the space for car isn't great if you have anything on the medium to large size. Access to front and back is awkward with the steps for carrying bags, kids etc to house. Shower is at a funny angle (I know being picky but you're paying a lot for an iffy shower. ) Beds had little to no support and were incredibly soft and not comfortable. Sofas weren't comfy either to relax on.

Dog friendly, with enclosed garden. Close to town, clean & tidy. Nicely decorated.
Parking spot needs attention. Broken down wall on one side, hard to get into without scraping the car.

Very clean, well-kept house with great facilities, very comfortable and plenty of space. Excellent location with just a short walk to town.

Finished to a good standard and milk and Welsh cakes on arrival was a nice touch. Games for children was a bonus
Entering through the rear in wet conditions was challenging as bushes were blocking the pathway and as it was dark we did not know if there were any steps as the light did not come on until you reached the top of the actual steps. Consider extending the reach of the sensor for the light and trimming back the tree/bush. A few additional serving plates or dishes would be a good addition and a larger frying pan. The bath panel needs replacing. Perhaps add a footstool as sofas were not very comfy.

clean, good location
bathroom needs updating. water gets everywhere why you shower and the tap constantly drips. The mattresses are awful and the bedroom walls as thin as paper. the garden isn’t very nice. it could do with a table outside for the family to eat around as 4 can only just fit in the kitchen diner.

We were a family of 5 adults and a 5 year old the downstairs bathroom although very nice was inconvenient and not suited to our needs. The property was also too small for our needs the small bedroom not suitable for 2 adults. I think capacity should be 4 adults 2 children. Did not like shabby outside area a couple of flower pots would maybe brighten it up it was very dingy maybe paint walls white?

The kitchen.
The house was not a cottage.A ex council house in a rough area of Tenby.Poor parking, glass on the park area.Had a tight squeeze to park car.Beds were dreadfull, soft.Had to repair to shower head as soon I got there.Permant dripping hot water tap in the bath which is now in a drout zone.Never worth £1200 for 4 nights.Beware this is a property is not being shown on the website from the outside, only the interior.

Location was further away than we expected
Outside property ie back yard dirty. Lies coming out of shed where black bags of rubbish was left. No washing line that u could use. I think a toilet roll left in property would be very nice to see.

Very clean, comfortable and close to everything from the beach to the activities to the folly Farm.

Very close to town centre. Extremely clean. Very modern. Had everything you need on a weekend stay away. Would visit again.
1. Steep steps to front door and in garden/to back door - You would extremely struggle with a pram or wheel chair users.
2. Parking is present - but tight for bigger cars

Parking space was tight with an SUV, but plenty of other parking nearby.

The property was in a decent location which was close to Co-Op and Tesco Express. The property is 6-10 minutes drive away from Heatherton, Manor Wildlife park and Dinosaur Park which I highly recommend visiting with your partner and children. The location is also a 10-15 minute drive to Folly Farm and Oakwood Park. The property was modern, clean and provided towels for your stay. The property also had some essentials such as tea bags, coffee and sugar along with other things. Myself and my partner absolutely love this property and will definitely book it again.

The property was very modern and clean inside. Great location, accessible to going different places. parking around the back was fine. Provided board games which kept us entertained in the evenings and had a good selection of tv options. Bedrooms were comfy too.

the sofas and bed were nit very comfortable. could do with a dishwasher.
to be described as a cottage is misleading. it is a 3 bed terraced house on an ex council estate.

We liked everything about the cottage. It was comfortable had all we needed and more. Was decorated well and relaxing. Exceptional property.
There was nothing to dislike about the cottage but did need a taxi up the hill to town.

We loved the decor and the kitchen was fully equipped
That the bathroom was downstairs my friend really struggled at night also that the access to the property was very steep and she struggled with that too. The allocated parking space was very small and difficult to access and next door twice had parked across our space.

Modern and clean
Only one bathroom and shower not very good
