Having to get a taxi to pick up the keys from the host.
The cleaning staff or another member of the staff are stealing items that you leave by mistake in the apartment. The company are very good at sending out messages when they require something but aren't so good when you want any information or try to retrieve an expensive item left in the apartment.

Great location, nice flat with all you need. Pool was nice and could see the city. Only issue was the construction noise.
