Le charme des lieux, l’équipement de la cuisine (même si il a fallu deviner où étaient cachés les couteaux- tip pour les prochains locataires : dans le tiroir sous le four), le calme absolu
chambres très petites surtout celle du fond dans laquelle il est quasi impossible de faire le tour du lit, ce qui rend sans aucun doute le ménage compliqué si il faut passer avec un aspirateur)
