Apartament niedaleko Mirador de la Paz z umeblowanym tarasem, z którego roztacza się taki sam widok jak z Mirador właśnie. Wygodny, czysty i położony dogodnie dla osób korzystających z samochodu w trakcie pobytu, zarówno ze względu na prosty dojazd z autostrady jak i parking przy obiekcie. Do dyspozycji wspólny dla całego budynku przyjemny basen. W pobliżu sporo punktów gastronomicznych oraz sklepów, w tym spożywczych, blisko ogród botaniczny, uliczka i schody Agathy Christie.
Trzeba wziąć pod uwagę, że ze względu na usytuowanie dojście do promenady nad morzem i centrum miasta wymaga pokonania sporej ilości schodów.

One of the wardrobes jammed when the door was opened. The handle of the patio door was loose.

Skøn rummelig lejlighed med flot udsigt over byen, stranden og havet . Dejlige solterrasser og fin swimmingpool. Fantastisk udsigt i alle retninger fra solterrassen. Rent og velholdt over det hele. Beliggende i la Paz området, hyggeligt kvarter med mange restauranter og grønne omgåder. Vi fik grundig forklaring om hvordan vi skulle checke ind.
Lejligheden kunne godt have lidt bedre ventilation, vores håndklæder havde svært ved at tørre. Der var dog en vifte/ luftblæser. Måske skyldtes det den høje varme 25- 31 ° og høje luftfugtighed udenfor.
