The room was cutely updated. We liked the skywalk to the parking garage/hotel.
Out are balcony the pools were drained and dirty. That looked awful. In the hallway, there was a heating/air unit that the casing surrounding it was missing and looked really bad. The hair dryer in the bathroom was rusted and the cord didn’t look safe and it didn’t even work. There were a couple of lights out in the 3 or 4 level of the parking garage and it was pretty dark in those areas.

Room matched the photos, and was really nice!
We couldn’t use the coffee bar or the hotel restaurants without the orange wrist bands, and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as we thought.

All in all the Roman state was very nice
The balcony door without the hinge. And it could have been another cover on the bed it felt like it was just a sheet and a top sheet so if I like it with the cold with the air on

Room looked just like the pictures. Great location and had the balcony.
You could tell the shower was old and needed to be upgraded. Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Was very hard.
