Collins Amethyst Center with FREE parking

The location was fantastic, and communication with the host was easy and timely. Vesna was highly responsive and patient, and she kindly allowed us to keep our parking spot beyond the check-out time to accommodate our schedule

I liked the apartment it was very nice and everything worked properly and you have everything you need.

The noise. The noise of keys and people going in and out constantly while I was trying to sleep, we went to a music festival so we got in at 6am and tried to sleep until around 2/3pm but it was impossible because of how noisy it was and people coming in and out of the other apartments constantly. The walls were also very thin you could hear peoples conversations from another apartment.

Location, free parking, quiet neighborhood, room size.

The apartment was clean and the location is very good.

We booked a “King studio sofa bed” but were given a completely different unit. The explanation was that the apartments (red, yellow, purple) are assigned in order of availability — which is not what was advertised. Towels were provided for one person only, although there were two of us, and the extra ones arrived only the following day. There was nothing in the kitchen for making coffee — no kettle, no coffee maker, no džezva. Check-in instructions were given verbally and only in fragments, and the host did not always answer the phone, which made arriving and parking in Pula in peak season, after a full day of travel, unnecessarily stressful. The third guest for one night was not charged, but that arrangement was the reason we chose this apartment in the first place. At 190 eur per night, we expected considerably more.
