    Reserved a room for my arrival date before driving to La Paz for a few nights on the next morning. They served a buffet breakfast but that morning they were running about 45 minutes late. There is a big store directly across the street for groceries, tequila, cerveza so the essentials are covered. I read that they advertise it's 2 blocks from the beach. I did not find that route. I went for a long walk towards the beach the evening that I arrived and did not come across the beach. It was convenient to get back onto HWY 1, one block away.

    the reservation terms said 1 day charge for a "no show" but they took full 5 day payment off my credit card and it took me nearly 6 months and many hours of effort to get a refund. be careful
