Villa Avlaki

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Avlaki and couldn't have asked for a better holiday. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and generous. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, responding to every request quickly and happily. We were welcomed with a basket of essentials including bread, tomatoes, snacks, water and a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. When it was time to leave, they surprised us once again with a bottle of wine, a bottle of traditional Greek tsipouro, and homemade cookies. Their hospitality was truly exceptional. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by peaceful olive trees, making it the perfect place to relax. The pool was fantastic, with a stunning view of the little bay and boats. There were plenty of comfortable seating areas throughout the garden, so you could always find the perfect spot to enjoy the scenery, whether you wanted sunshine or shade. The location was also ideal. It was close enough to enjoy a pleasant evening walk into Nidri, while many of Lefkada's beautiful beaches were just a 15–30 minute drive away. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Villa Avlaki to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and authentic Greek holiday with outstanding hospitality. We would love to come back!

This one bedroom villa had everything a couple could need. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, completely private pool & large terrace with covered over area & 4 sun loungers. It was not overlooked at all as surrounded by olive groves & had great views of the bay from the terrace day & night. Gas BBQ was excellent too in another seating area. The owners were easily available via WhatsApp & the welcome pack was very handy as we arrived later than expected. There were three separate bay areas with restaurants reached in under a 10 minute drive.

The bumpy track up to the villa is a one minute drive & you get used to it: you can't have fab views without driving up higher! The water & electricity went off a couple of times but the owners were on hand to sort it out immediately.

There is nothing to complain about.

Great pool and large paved area to relax and unwind. The property is perfect for a couple.
