Zentral, dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Die Matratzen sind von sehr guter Qualität. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet für 8 Personen. Es gibt ausreichend Badetücher.
Der Wasserabfluss im Badezimmer ist ineffizient und das Wasser bleibt lange stehen, bevor es abläuft. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine.
