Perfect apartment, free parking and close to lake and town

This is our third stay at the property and overall, as before, we were very impressed. The host was not present when we arrived however had communicated clear instructions to me prior to arrival as to how to gain access. The property was clean and tidy and ready for use, the small kitchen has the basics for a short stay and towels (one each) were provided. The exterior of the property was very tidy and well presented. If it matters to you (or your teenagers) the wi-fi is excellent! Check in and check out were painless and host was very good with communication. Overall, as with our previous stays, we had no real issues.

Being picky, the property would benefit from flyscreens on the windows and a blind on the door (which is all glass and faces the sun most of the day). Be aware that if you leave the windows open (especially after dusk) at the time of year that we visited (August) you will come home to find a good amount of " árvaszúnyog or Lake Balaton Midges" in the rooms. They don't bite and they're harmless, but nonetheless a little annoying to come home to after a day out... keep the windows closed in the evening. Also, there is no washing machine (to be fair there is not much room for one), there are a couple of laundromats in the town but they can be expensive if you need to do a lot of laundry.
