Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα το οποίο είναι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Κρεβάτια και μαξιλάρια εξαιρετικά, air condition και στους δύο χώρους, τα βασικά για πρωινό στο τραπέζι και επιπλέον αναψυκτικά και κρασί στο ψυγείο. Η οικοδέσποινα εξαιρετική και πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Διαθέσιμες πετσέτες και είδη μπάνιου.
Τοποθεσία. Σχετικά μακριά από το κέντρο του Ξυλόκαστρου. Κακή η παραλία της περιοχής πρέπει να πάρεις αυτοκίνητο για να βρεις μια ικανοποιητική παραλία.
Τιμή. Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξαιρετικό αλλά για την περιοχή που είναι και για αυτά που προσφέρει η τιμή θα έπρεπε να είναι τουλάχιστον 30-40% κάτω
Πρέπει να βρεθεί μια λύση για την κεντρική είσοδο. Η παρούσα λύση είναι ανεπαρκής και προβληματική από όλες τις απόψεις

Fantastic apartment in immaculate condition. We especially loved the view from the balcony and appreciated the bottles of water, etc, left in the fridge for us. Konstantina was a lovely host and was extremely helpful the morning we left when we had a mishap! We would definitely come back and highly recommend Ninemia apartments to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

The cleanliness was exceptional, truly out of this world. Parking was readily available and easily accessible. The owner thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning prior to our arrival, so the house was at a comfortable 25°C. The welcome package was also delightful, including a fine wine, coffee, breakfast provisions for the entire family, and bottled water in the refrigerator. Our overall experience significantly exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price.
The shower presented some issues and is in need of replacement.

Newly renovated apartments with parking spot, decent wifi and many delivery options.
The 2 bedroom 80m2 apartment which we booked had a small bathroom with a tiny sink. Hot water was enough for a single person's shower. Then we had to wait 30 minutes for the next one.
Not suitable for winter vacations due to the lack of proper heating device, AC was not enough.
Main building's door need to be fixed because everyone who enters or exits the building forcefully tries to close it which resulted into noise.
