Estudio Frente al Mar Solo Adultos

Es un complejo habitacional dentro de un hotel. El departamento que nos proporcionaron estuvo muy limpio muy amplio y muy acogedor. La dueña Susana fue increíblemente amable la ubicación estuvo perfecta y pudimos hacer uso de las instalaciones del hotel, como de la alberca las terrazas e incluso vimos los show. Mi punto de vista muy personal el precio estuvo muy bien para el alojamiento que nos proporcionaron.

Solo el baño tiraba agua en la bañera porque la cortina no cubre todo pero eso se resolvió tirando las toallas que nos proporcionaron al piso sin problema.

El apartamento está ubicado dentro de un resort, pudiendo utilizar todas las instalaciones, piscinas, bares, etc. por lo que resulta muy práctico y cómodo.

El apartamento en si está un poco anticuado.

The main positive aspect of this accommodation was definitely its location. The apartment is right by the sea and very close to the sunbeds, which was the biggest advantage of the stay.

Unfortunately, the ground-floor apartment itself was a big disappointment for us. There was a strong smell of dampness inside, with visible stains, blisters, peeling plaster and signs of long-term water damage or poor maintenance on the walls. The air conditioning stopped working and was leaking water, creating puddles on the floor, which was not only unpleasant but also unsafe due to the risk of slipping. In addition, the equipment felt very outdated and neglected. The bathroom fan/ventilation was extremely dirty, and the bathroom tap was worn and corroded. The door to the terrace could not be closed properly and was only temporarily secured with an iron bar inserted into the door, which did not feel safe or comfortable. In the evening, there was also very loud music coming from the neighbouring hotel, which significantly disturbed the peace and comfort of the stay. It is a pity that the accommodation is not better maintained, because thanks to its location it could be a really great place to stay. However, in its current condition, the ground-floor apartment did not meet the standard we would expect from accommodation booked through Booking.com. On the other hand, we do appreciate the owners’ approach. After we reported the issue with the air conditioning, they offered us another apartment on a higher floor, which was clean, nice, and everything worked as it should. For this reason — mainly because of the owners’ willingness to help and the replacement apartment — we give an overall rating of 5/10.
