Pessoas atenciosas e muito prestativas, quarto limpo, banheiro limpo, toalhas e lençóis cheirosos. Café da manhã maravilhoso, delicioso com muita variedade. Meninas do café prontas para nos servir. Tivemos um congresso Internacional na Arena e ter esse conforto de ter tudo pertinho e chegar no quarto limpinho é bom demais! Só Gratidão!

A localização é boa, os funcionários são ótimos e o café da manhã também.
O chuveiro tinha uma pressão baixa e foi difícil ajustar uma temperatura confortável para banho. A TV era antiga e não tinha recursos smart. O quarto é muito pequeno, foi difícil de se acomodar pois não tinha espaço para manusear as bagagens.
