Lumina at Jardines Punta Cana Village

A short walk to “The Walk” which is a little downtown area with restaurants and a pharmacy. A longer walk to Nacional supermarket but walkable. Safe area with plenty of security. No extra charge for air conditioning which was sufficient to keep the apartment cool. Alejandro was super helpful and communicative. He went above and beyond. Beaches less than 10 minute drive away.

These issues are barely worth mentioning but are the only things that weren’t top notch. There was a small area of the kitchen cupboard that had termites. Apparently they are very common in the Dominican Republic because of the humidity. There is no risk of them coming home with you, I looked it up. The laundry room smelled a little musty. The water pressure wasn’t great. Plenty warm, though.

Grand appartement agréable (+100 m2)fonctionel et meublé sobrement ... Mais un cumul de problèmes laissés par le dernier occupant parti le jour de notre arrivée, au final très bien géré par Alejandro qui nous a trouvé un logement de remplacement dans le même coin et au moins aussi bien, et nous y a conduits. Quartier résidentiel très tranquille et sans bruit (ça change du reste de la République dominicaine !) , à proximité de l'aéroport et d'un centre commercial (15 min à pieds), restaus à proximité, guagua pour aller à playa blanca. Très bonne communication avec Alejandro

comfortable beds, hot water needed turned up, kitchen was not very well equipped. No dishwasher soap no laundry no grill as advertised no toaster and you cannot get Uber pick up at door
