A casa é muito espaçosa e aconchegante, um bom lugar para passar as férias com a família, pois proporciona um convívio muito integrado entre os hóspedes. Quartos amplos e bem estruturados.

A acomodação é excelente e com certeza voltaria. No entanto, como sugestão para tornar a estadia ainda mais agradável e prazeroso, sugeriria a aquisição de mais utensílios domésticos de cozinha e, dentro do possível, a disponibilização de outros jogos para o convívio em família.

Convenience to attractions in the area.

Considering the amount of money paid to stay for five nights, I expected better upkeep of the property and furniture. The dinning room chairs and were filthy and worn. The kitchen island chairs were also worn. All the chairs should be replaced immediately. The patio furniture and cushions also were worn and stained and also needed to be replaced immediately! I was disappointed to see the condition of the seating. The water filter for the refrigerator needed to be replaced per the notification from the fridge. Also, the air hockey game in the loft is broken. My husband and I did not allow our kids to play the game for fear that the legs would completely break. On our last full day of our stay, my family and I were enjoying the pool when the pool maintenance man came and asked us to get out of the pool so he could put chemicals in it then told us we needed to wait an hour before we could get back in the pool. We asked if he could come back later and we wear told “no.” If we were aware of the pool maintenance schedule would would’ve planned our day around that. Being kicked out of the pool on our last full day really affected our experience. Lastly, the owner’s ensuite bathroom floors were horrible! There were several loose and cracked tiles. When I mentioned the issues after we arrived, there was no effort to make it right. I was requested to take pictures and send them so they could use them for training purposes rather than make it right our stay. My husband and I booked the same floor plan home 2 years prior and the home was nicely maintained which is why we felt comfortable booking this time with this home. However, we were disappointed with the upkeep given the amount of money we paid. If those changes are made I would book again at this home because everything else was fine with the exception those glaring issues.
