A pleasant, quiet place for relaxation

Nice view, nice rooms, pleasant host.

There is often no water at night, but this is not the owner's problem. The owner warns about this problem. Let's be clear, dryness is uncomfortable in places

Nightmare and we left

As we arrived at around 20.00 we first encountered a ok apparent , as he owner brother did let us in . As the owner arrived first thing was that he gets some extra money for bed sheets and also for the heating costs , which I paid cash ( it has been mentioned in the booking text ) then we had to make up our mind in which bedroom to sleep then we received the sheets and that was is . The other rooms have been locked then by key , well it I rent a apartment with 3 bed rooms I should have access to those. Anyway . After the owner left at around 2130 we found out it was getting colder and colder and that there was no warm water . We did call the owner , who came at 22.00 in the evening and did some things to the boiler and told us that the cleaning lady told him in the morning that the boiler was loosing water , so he was aware of the problem, but did not took care about it . After he did somehow did get the thing to work he left and the water was warm but then the boiler did make a massive BRUMMM noise and the was no sleep and I am not spending the night calling people at 23 in the evening to have things solved . We did pack up and drove home where we arrived at 0230 in the morning . PayPal did not refund and the owner mentioned that if we come back without using booking , he would make a special price and anyway in summer we don’t need the heating . So I guess it is not even fixed up to now .
