Location is superb: views are unbelievable and is very quiet. Right in the heart of the casco antiguo. The private terrace is unique! A.C. Unmissable!
A bit small for a long stay. The smell of the many restaurants around is excessive but ... windows had to stay closed anyway because of the heat, so not a problem for us.

Great room in a prime location and the family who run it are lovely - we also ate at their restaurant which was excellent. Very good food and friendly prompt service

The place is quite easy to find and is extremely well located. There isn't a receptionist and we had luck because the waiter guy of the restaurant identified us as guests. So he just asked,"hey... Are you looking for your hotel?", after that everything went smooth. The rooms is good, great bed and view is amazing... Shower is also real good and don't have any complaint about it. The balcony is a plus and you can easily had a drink at the night there.
It's a bit complicated to park in the whole city. So be aware to know where to park in advance. And, it's not allowed to park in the city center, not even drive there. To be honest, this is a good idea. The street is a bit loud and if you want to sleep soon, forget about it. The bath is too small and the toilet is separated, which it's a bit strange. So there isn't any privacy for one person if you are in a couple. Besides, that, it's amazing
