The room was ready and the key in the door when we arrived. We had to phone for instructions.
Great location for access to the main bars, restaurants and shops in the town, very easy walking distance. A short, shallow hill to climb to get to the rooms.
Very comfy, large bed.
Very good daily cleaning service, sheets and towels changed regularly.
We had a couple of minor issues which were swiftly dealt with - we messaged via the booking.com message service & got very quick responses.
The room had clearly been recently decorated and was very pleasant. Useful fridge, kettle and iron.
The garden area needed tidying up, it was a little overgrown while we were there.
The layout of the bathroom was a bit awkward (door opens onto toilet...could be better if it opened outwards maybe), as was access to the safe, in the bottom of the wardrobe.
