Die Lage zum Strand und zur Innenstadt war super.
Es war durch die Strasse und Restaurants in der Nähe sehr laut gewesen.

Beliggenheten var perfekt. Veldig sentralt - nær promenaden, strand, spisesteder, gamlebyen og kort veg til stasjon for tog og trikk. God balkong med utsikt og sol, fint til tørke av badetøy og håndklær. Klimaanlegg bra, men burde vært rengjort(?). Støv fra varmepumpa.
Veldig mye støy på natta (støy fra arbeid med maskiner/verktøy). Leiligheten burde vært sjekka bedre etter forrige utleie. Dør til bad var ødelagt og kunne ikke lukkes, søppelbøtte og tørkestativ var noe ødelagt, litt manglende rengjøring. Det manglet ei pute til seng. Manglet benker/hyller til å legge fra seg bagasje, og savnet kroker til å henge opp klær i gang og på soverom. Manglet også kroker og hyller på badet.

The apartment was centrally located, close to restaurants and the beach.
The sound absorption of windows/sliding doors was weak. A lot of refurbishment in the street buildings that cause noise.
