Good but not exceptional

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. We did arrive close to the time of closing but the attendants were rude. No silverware, when asked we were told they’d have to wash some! Could barely get a pad of butter out of the refrigerator because the attendant said she was going to lock it up. The sausage was under cooked & there were burnt waffles left in the machines so we were unable to use (of course would have been hard to eat without silverware). Need to teach your breakfast staff some manners. In my job the customer comes first & you treat them respectfully. They were obviously ready to get done & leave.

Would stay there again!

This was our fourth time staying at a Home2. We enjoyed it just as much as the times before. We loved the spacious room, comfy beds, and complimentary breakfast choices. This Home2 location was within walking distance of Newks and Slim Chickens. We enjoyed eating at Slim Chickens last night. Home2 is also 3.1 miles from downtown Bentonville. We loved visiting the Walmart Museum.

Very good. Room was the perfect size for us to get ready for prom that was being held in the hotel. The size of the fridge was perfect.

Small food line area but great seating areas. A few ball teams also were staying at the hotel so with all the littles... the pool was packed.. we as adults had no time to go in the pool to relax and unwind. Also there was no print out of the available channels.

While our room was exceptionally clean. I don’t like that Home2 Suites allows pets in ALL rooms. I spoke to staff and they said rooms are not set aside for pets. I have a cat allergy and this policy is something I will consider when I book in the future.

It's comfortable, clean and walking distance to many food options.

It's newish, clean and has great facilities. It's also walking distance for several food options but if you're wanting to go further a field, the highway is close by and makes it easy to travel. There is no noise coming from the highway. Breakfast was included and it was good, not great but better than nothing.

Easy on and off the freeway, good room & bed.

The room was excellent, as was the bed and linens. Everything appeared to be very new. Full kitchen, which we didn’t need, but it was there.

The breakfast was the weakest part of our stay. There was no ambience, no color, no comfortable feeling….just pre-done food. Coffee was good, however.

Nice stay close to all the shopping and sights in northwest Arkansas!

The room was very spacious and included a well stocked kitchen. We especially liked having a full size refrigerator to keep our drinks and leftovers from dining out in. The room was clean and being a newer property was in great shape. The breakfast was a nice touch, the waffles and breakfast sandwich were both very good.

Hotel located near Walmart Museum

It looks like the hotel was recently built and located near some of the major attractions like the Walmart Museum. The room was quite spacious and clean. It has amenities like a full fridge, microwave and coffee machine. They also provide plates, cups and cutlery. Overall, the hotel is well maintained. The customer service at the hotel is also very good and the staff is very friendly too. They also provide a decent breakfast. The hotel can be recommended to anyone who is visiting Eureka Springs which is about 50min away. We had a good experience staying at the hotel.

I am not sure if the hotel switches off the AC, as the rooms tend to get hot during the night. Other than that, no other complaints

Hotel was new, clean and staff accommodating but overall disappointing. Based on reviews, expected a lot more. Paid higher price to stay at this hotel. Lots of nice hotels in Bentonville area that are cheaper with better amenities. Chintzy breakfast with limited choices.

The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff working in the mornings during breakfast was friendly.

The front desk staff during the night were not friendly, they seemed like they didn't want to be there, especially the one with black hair. The breakfast was okay, the same thing every day, and the breakfast area wasn't clean,
