This place truly felf like home. The staff were so nice and helpful and the room was refreshed daily which I didn't expect. While the facilities were basic, the room was very clean and some special touches made it feel even better.
The infrastructure isn't great but I think that's just El Chalten in general

The personnel is really understanding and helpful. They helped us with a problem we have with the payment even if they did not have to. Also, they know the area very well and can recommend the best trips depending on the weather. Finally, they let us stay in the common area while waiting for our bus on the day of the check out as the weather was horrible. We left a tip for this service even if they did not want it. Breakfast is super and well stocked with great tea and coffee.
Everything you need is at walking distance and the premises are very clean and nicely furnished. Cannot recommend enough
