Good location, included parking, large and comfy beds, nice courtyard, friendly cat on premises, good communication with hosts via messages, free coffee

haven’t seen any staff, there’s no one at the reception desk, fridge in the room was a bit loud, whole place seems half abandoned: dead plants, empty vending machine, bathroom and common areas could be cleaner

The guesthouse is located a short walk from both the train station and the city center, almost perfectly halfway, so it makes getting around quite easy. The facility has a comfortable, old-school feel while at the same time being modern and updated. The room was very comfortable with a wonderful air conditioning unit and it was especially welcome with the heat outside. There was also complimentary tea and coffee provided in a large dining room on the ground floor which was a nice touch. I will certainly return.

There seemed to be some sort of plumbing issue in my bathroom. The sink would only produce very hot water, and the shower sort of lukewarm/cold water. So this wasn't too comfortable, but I'm sure this was only a plumbing issue with my particular room, maybe something with the taps.

Looks abandoned, you can use the kitchen in the back but is miserable, they say you can make coffee using the machine at the old bar but no coffee tho only bags of tea. In the room, there were no towels, the toilet vase was moving (not fixed to the floor),

Oradea by itself looks like a fairytale, and to have the most wonderful experience, it is only fitting to book this accomodation. You will feel like you just entered an old castle, where monarchs have tea and you can make one yourself in an old-timey bar. The room was huge and clean and the bathroom luxurious. Would 100% book again, to feel like staying in Hotel Transylvania
