Las instalaciones son bastante antiguas, pero están bien cuidadas y limpias. Hay que tener cuidado al reservar habitación doble, indicando que la reserva es para dos personas.

The bed was particularly comfortable. The room was surprisingly spacious. There are a couple of excellent cafetarias-cum-bakeries and supermarkets mere seconds away.

I have only one minor comment: this hotel uses the system where you have to leave your key with reception every time you go out and ask for it every time you come in. Though reception is open for 24 hours a day, I still prefer the system where I can hold on to the key until checking out.

The neighbourhood is quiet and clean, with a few decent cafes and a supermarket GADIS, very close to the property; the staff of the hotel is very welcoming, even though they do not speak any English, they still manage to make you feel welcome

The hotel is on the second floor of an apartment residential building, and it does not have an elevator, but the major problem was a very unpleasant smell in the room I stayed in (107) from sewage pipes and sometimes even urine; the sink was incorporated into the bedroom (and not in the bathroom as one would expect) and every time someone used it above or flashed the toilet, there was a very loud noise in the room and accompaning smell.
